I am a lifelong learner with more than 15 years of experience in post-secondary education in both Iran and Canada, where I have studied midwifery, translation, linguistics, and psychology. My diverse educational background has shaped my holistic understanding of human beings as an interconnected whole of mind and body. This perspective moved me to deepen my knowledge of the relationship between psychological and physical well-being, leading me to become a certified mind-body medicine practitioner. I bring this approach and attitude to my therapy work to support clients in enhancing their overall well-being.
